My usual sewing machine went berserk this week. So I have had to use the old Singer machine, it limits me to straight stitch. Luckily for me I can still make my quilted stuff. That's a red zippered purse I made this morning. I love it! This one has a dodgy zip so I will keep it for myself but I will so be making more of these. 
And this one's for sale.

thanks violet! the purse is actually pretty big. the zip is 20cm if that helps with perspective.

Found you from mommycoddle and your comment about the tv and the cricket bat made me laugh out loud. (Not appropriate as it is 1/2 past midnight and i'm only the only one up 'cos i'm watching the cricket, LIVE, but its your end of the earth and I CANNOT get my head around the time difference!
